Vintage Silver-Tone Covered Butter Dish

Even the butter deserves a proper entrance. This vintage silver-tone butter dish brings a little ceremony to the everyday table, with a gently domed lid, simple knob and matching tray with a subtly detailed rim.

Its elongated shape sits neatly beside a breadboard, while the reflective finish looks especially good among colourful ceramics and rumpled linen. Surface scratches and marks give it the character of a piece that has spent time at the table. Includes the tray and removable lid.

Rough estimate: 8″ long × 4″ wide × 4½″ high, including the knob.
