A lifelong collector and slightly obsessive observer of interiors, Carla has spent nearly a decade sourcing, selling and writing about vintage. She believes the best homes are built slowly, with old things, new ideas and absolutely no requirement that everything match.

What began as a love of vintage has grown into Pattern + Supply, an independent design publication and shop exploring interiors, how we consume, what we keep and what actually makes a home feel good.

Carla shapes everything at Pattern + Supply, from the stories we publish and the ideas we explore to the one-of-a-kind pieces that find their way into the shop.

Juliette helps keep Pattern + Supply running beautifully behind the scenes, working across customer experience, visual direction and brand storytelling. She makes sure the thoughtful approach we bring to design carries through to every interaction with Pattern + Supply.

Our Vision

Pattern + Supply is built around a simple idea: good design is worth talking about.

We explore interiors in all the ways they interest us. The trends shaping how we decorate, the homes and people inspiring us, the things worth collecting, the ideas worth reconsidering, and sometimes the parts of the design world we just have opinions about.

Our goal is to make design feel inspiring, useful and a little more fun. We want to help people develop their own eye, discover new ideas and create homes that feel collected and personal rather than prescribed.

And because we believe the things we surround ourselves with matter, there's a shop here too.

Vintage will always be at the heart of Pattern + Supply. We love the history, craftsmanship and individuality of old things, and we love that choosing what already exists is naturally a more thoughtful way to consume. Alongside vintage, we carry a smaller collection of new pieces chosen for their quality, design and staying power.

Ultimately, everything we do comes back to the same thing: sharing good design, finding good things and helping you create a home that feels like yours.
