Pattern + Supply Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any additional return or restocking fees. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or was incorrectly described, Pattern + Supply will cover the return shipping cost.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Some of our items are vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of age and previous use, including minor scratches, discoloration, patina, wear, or other imperfections. These characteristics are part of the nature and history of vintage goods and are not considered defects.

We provide detailed descriptions and photographs and make every effort to disclose notable flaws or condition issues. Please review the listing photographs and description carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@patternandsupply.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If possible, please include photographs of the item and its packaging when reporting shipping damage.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly described items, Pattern + Supply will cover the cost of return shipping when a return is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

There are no restocking fees.
