How It Works:

Once payment is received, we’ll send you a questionnaire requesting photos, measurements, and inspiration for your space. Next, we’ll schedule a 30-minute consultation with Carla to discuss your vision in detail.

From there, we’ll curate a custom mood board, an optimized floor plan with furniture placement suggestions, a thoughtfully coordinated color palette, and a tailored shopping list. Your complete design package will be delivered within 30 days of submitting your completed questionnaire. Please note that any delays in providing the necessary details may extend this timeline.

Each design is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and is considered final. Due to scheduling conflicts, we can accommodate only 1-2 additional revisions via email after delivery.

If your space presents significant functional challenges, this package may not be the best fit. Our goal is to provide a personalized visual guide and floor plan that enhances both the beauty and functionality of your room within the scope of a virtual consultation.

Important: Team CHD reserves the right to issue a refund if your project is deemed beyond the scope of this service. This includes, but is not limited to, spaces requiring an architect or contractor due to renovations or projects with complex functional requirements that cannot be addressed virtually. A final determination will be made after reviewing your submitted form.
